Very friendly staff!! From the first phone call to transferring over my Home and Auto Insurance to Crystal - State Farm Ins. Crystal and Berna answered all of my questions and more. Upon arriving at each visit with Crystal....the staff greeted with a smile and ready to assist.

Mrs Berna was super thorough with my car insurance and how to fix my app? She offered me Life Insurance for my children, and for myself. Told me the benefits of having it and what could happen if I had insurance? She also offered me renters insurance. I told her I didn't need that, but she let me know that we do live in Kansas and if there is a tornado. Or something my trailer would be covered. I asked so many questions.She didn't get tired of me or frustrated with me.She even came outside to put on the little beacon on my car, so it was placed in properly. I used to have an out of town agent in Wichita, and after talking to her, I.
